Problem : Eating when upset

Why it's Bad :

You're eating
because
you feel empty
and you want to make
that feeling go away

Not because you're actually
hungry and needed food.
Those unnecessary calories adds up
and cause weight gain.

Now I've realised the reason why I kept
Opening the refridgerator..(scanning for calories..)


Resolution for this year:

~Lose some weight.

~ Get back into shape-ey~
