Feeling overwhelmed, I take a dive

To a once overfilled but now empty place to hide.

The day you turned on me is the day I died,

And I've forgotten what it's like,

Like an old abandoned house.

Just left me cold and out of breath.

I fell too far, was in way too deep.

I should've started running

A long, long time ago.

I'm slowly getting closure.
